This is only if you have performance losses when loading new areas.

Try this:

In Origin launcher, right click on the game banner,  game properties and put in the command line: -high

It is not perfect but it solves the problem a lot.

I've been playing through the same part of the game 5 times yesterday with 30 FPS and a freeze during a cutscene I'm forced to quit the game for.
Using your suggestion, I was back at smooth 60+ FPS again and I got through the cutscene wonderfully.
