Poor Tech Support

Tech support for this game is terrible. They do not want to help you only push you off with links that provide little to no help. EA should be ashamed!

What sort of issue were you having? There is "tech support" like an issue with your device, and then there are in-game bugs, or weird glitches that occur with your account.

EA/CG can't usually help out with a device related problem, and Customer Support is reported to be intermittently helpful, depending on the issue.
