Poor Connection

★★★ Newbie

I love this game, but so sick and tired of the ‘poor connection’ issues on every game. I am pulling 324MB down and 412MB up over my WiFi, and 86mb down 65mb up over 4g, on an iPhone X or an iPad Pro, both with the latest versions of iOS. The other two games I play do NOT have this issue ever. 

 

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game, and tried everything I can find on the forum. What gives? I’d really like to play a full game, where the delay isn’t the reason I lose to the guy who is obviously not lagging, and pops in a crawler to the pad before I even know it and can react! C’mon!

Hey @aroffutt thanks for reaching out! Sorry you're seeing poor connection so often. Can I ask if you have reset your WiFi modem recently? Often WiFi can be vulnerable to interference and package loss causing the poor connection to trigger. Would you say it occurs more on WiFi versus a 4G connection? Can I get your Persona ID found in Settings > About to investigate this further? Thanks.
