I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? It's overall fine
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. My DLC autorefunded
How is this making it more difficult? I can't use my pontiac firebird in game
How can we reproduce this experience? by refunding me again without asking
I bought the firebird DLC, and I got the car in game. Drove it, upgraded it, it's still in my garage. However, my DLC purchase was removed and refunded. I didn't ask for a refund, my bank didn't file for one, paypal didn't file for one and I didn't contact support to get one. I didn't want a refund, I want to use my cars.
