Please help

I have been having issues with multiple hops in between me and the servers dropping 100% of my packets.I have done all the footwork of UO trace,command prompt traces and pings as far exhausted as I can I have all the data and even my ISP is washing their hands of my issue.please help.i am so close to having a pleasurable experience on Apex I can't sit still.i have all the data.i am on my phone texting this message at the moment but it's all saved into my computer.thanks in advance.

can you provide me with a screenshot from:

also provide me with ms:
https://gameserverping.com/apex

(please blur any private info before posting such as name, ip, location etc)

Let me know if all you of your drivers are up-to-date

@EzyHawk Do you think me having a static IP address,aka a private IP address,is causing the nodes to reject my packets?maybe if I just got rid of my internal static address and just reserved the dynamic that it would hand out to my ps⁴?

You can also verify if you have any issues using your cellular internet from your phone as a hotspot
