Why do I have packetloss issues since s9? Mod someone help me.

Already have tried everything. As you stated in our private  messages I will have to tell my ISP that my routing is hitting bad servers? @EA_Atic

They are not helping me in the slightest form. I messaged them through fb n sent the screenshots and they stated they would escalate the issue...Its been days and no response... Also I tested my hotspot connection on phone so its definitely my ISP n they arent doing anything
