Players dissapear in online match after penalty

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The offensive team commits offsides, and the controlling player shoots the puck at the net. The prompt to fight is displayed and the defensive player responds and drops his gloves. The player who shot the puck declines the fight and both players are sent to the box for roughing.
What happens when the bug occurs? The penalties are served and the players do not return to their lines. Other players in the lineup pull double shifts. No statement is made indicating players were ejected or injured.
What do you expect to see? The players who served their penalties to return to the game in their previous line.

You sure they aren't trying to avoid you for round 2 of the gloves coming off?

This happened in the first period and was the only time I dropped the gloves in that game. I typically avoid fights, but I get irritated when someone is throwing checks every play and injuring my players with late hits and I'm not going to back down, maybe he was baiting me.This doesn't change the fact that the players involved didn't return to the lineup after serving their minor.

Yeah, it happens nearly every time that sequence of events occurs. Offsides, Shot, fight initiated, fight declined, both players gone.
