I am on Xbox 1  also the issue isn't like the others because everyone else gets the flower and I don't because it freezes before then

@joeybo0806 Thank you. Can you try restarting your system by holding the front button, then log in on a different gamertag and see if anything changes?

Having this problem on PC now. Purchased game yesterday and played for an couple of hours then and about an hour today, until catched this bug.

buna ,eu sunt pe ps4 nu pot scrie parola la conectare in joc ,cand scriu parola imi dubleaza fiecare litera si cifra din parola
rog sa ma ajutati daca se poate

Hello Guys

If you are playing on PC: 

•Check if your device meets the hardware requirements.

•Check if your drivers are up to date.

•Run Origin and Battle for Neighborville as Administrator.

•Clear Origin Cache 

•Clean Boot 

•Close Background Apps 

Check if your account name has special characters - only letters and numbers

•Try to start Windows in clean boot mode.

Then try to launch the game and check if anything changed.

If you play on console try to make hard reset and check if it helped.
