Plane speed reduce while turning [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug The bug happens when i go to server browser and pick a game . not custom game . Plane wont turn - Turn at 5% speed then usually do .
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know god damnit !!
What happens when the bug occurs? The plane reduce his turning speed close to 5% not able to go right or left pitch up or down My mouse turning stays the same .
Please select your region Europe
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number AMD RX 580 ADRENALIN 19.2.2

Might be a silly question but have you tried removing the mouse and keyboard from your PC and re-inserted them? Does it still happen after you reset your key bindings?

It's not a silly question , If u meant for both - The Mouse and the Keyboard .
I tried only the keyboard because my problem was there , the mouse works still the same while the bug occurs .
And for the keybinds - I changed one key - to see if it's helps not all of them .
I can't understand why to change all if one doesn't works.
I'll give it a go , Thanks for your help .
