Ping Spikes [ Edited ]

Why is the servers in Apex so dog * terrible? you can play one match in the London region and it will work well, the next match is unplayable and the ping spikes over 1000. Are the servers so poorly maintained and sourced that they can't keep a consistent experience? EA needs to hand over all server management to steam and just stop acting like they give a * about players.

Can we try out some troubleshooting to see if there's anything we can do to help with the ping spikes you've been seeing? When you have the chance please try running through the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps first to see how that goes. Those steps can help out with some of the most common issues we see, so they may tackle the ping issues you've been running into. 

If you're still having trouble after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4

Nothing has changed and the game is as consistent as a teenager's face. And why are you upvoting your own answers? It wasn't helpful or changed anything, yet you guys give yourselves a pat on the back before anything is done? Is it to make you look more helpful than you really are?
