Ping/Packet loss issue behind 2nd router

My router is behind my landlord's router.

While playing Apex Legends whilst connected to my router I'm experiencing an issue where all data center ping is -1ms and all packet loss is 100%. This default me to the Salt Lake server, which is unfortunate as I live in Norway and the Frankfurt servers tend to be the best ones for me.

When I bypass my router (hooking the cable from my landlord's router into my computer), data center stats return to normal. This is, however, not a viable solution, as I need to be connected with other devices on my network. I've set up port forwarding for Apex and EA on my router.

What am I missing?

Does it work, after adding the port forwarding?

Have the same issue, which only happened after the new update.

No, the port forwarding did not help in my case..

It was the same to me. Only just happened after the halloween update
