Picked the wrong player from the Draft Choice Pack

Hi, I've just opened my pack, which I got from the CPU Challenges, in which I can choose 1 out of 4 Draft-Players. I wanted to pick Vitranen, but instead missclicked and chose Jett Woo. I didn't play a game with Woo or do anything with him. Is there a way to excange Woo for Vitranen? It would be a massive help and I'd be really grateful.

The Support told me they don't have the ability to do that, however the developers on this Forum can help me out

I do apologize for the inconvenience, however we can't provide a replacement player for this scenario.  From what you have said, there was no issue with the pack and you simply picked a player you didn't want by accident.  I'm sorry about that.

Is there a way to delete Woo from my account and reissue me a pack? Support said you could do that
