Pick 99 OVR Randy Moss From “Madden Celebration Fantasy Pack” and getting 90 OVR

I selected a 99 overall Randy Moss from the “Madden Celebration Fantasy Pack” which I received after logging into the game. I have video evidence of having the option to select the 99 overall Randy Moss from a    “recent capture” on my xbox. Recently, I have notice that the Randy Moss is a 90 overall with lower stats but it still has the same card art as the 99 overall. There is no 90 overall Randy Moss card in Madden NFL 21. The card is also not from upgrading a power up card. The card is not a power up card but is a 90 overall Randy Moss with lower stats and has the same card art as the 99 overall Randy Moss (which I chose from the pack). I have screenshots of the 90 overall Randy Moss and a video of the 99 overall Randy Moss being an option to select. Although the files are too large to attach.

the 99 ovr only stayed from july 15-19, after that the items has dropped to a lower ovr.
