just redeemed my physical copy of lifeline edition, upon login my thanks for purchasing notification appeared and i was able to receive all of my cosmetics but my 1000 apex coins are not present in my account which is frustrating. i need yall to rectify that immediately.

Same deal. Talked to both EA support on Origin and Facebook. They've been given instructions to tell everyone now to wait 24 hours. It's kind of annoying.

I paid money for this game and if I would've performed an in-game microtransaction with my card it would've been instant. this whole wait 24 hours thing is and they know it.
all the apex coin fairy needs to do is click a magic button and poof ill have my coins but they wanna be extra.. there was also no warning of waiting 24 hours to receive them when I purchased the physical edition or when they thanked me at login.
I need extra coins for the inconvenience *wink wink

I bought both Lifeline and Bloodhound packs for the PC, same here, everything except the coins...

Sometimes there is a syncing issue and then coins aren't given directly to the user's account but after re-logging or in rare cases coins don't appear for the user.
Coins should appear within 24 hours of buying / redeeming the content.
If you haven't received the coins after 24 hours.
You can contact an EA advisor and they will look into this case.
Click here to contact an EA Advisor
Select Apex Legends, then the platform you are using.
Here you will find the missing content and then Never received content
Now select the contact method you prefer and an advisor will assist you with your problem.
