Phone heats up & Battery drain for iOS [ Edited ]

Hello,

there has been a severe heat generation and battery drain for iOS devices. I tried iPhone and iPad as well. I have added a comment to related post already. But, no response yet. Link below.  I love this game. Because of the heat, i keep uninstalling and again installing back when i am away from iPad. Expecting a response here. Appreciate your help. Let me know for more details. Thanks!

I’m seeing a strong battery drain on my new iPad playing this, including while it’s charging (which only slows it down).
Doesn’t seem like the game is super graphics-intensive like say Fortnite, so it’s confusing why it pulls so much juice.
