Perth to Singapore (Lagging now?) *Ranked*

Hey guys i've seen a few threads on this same issue.

I'm playing Apex from Perth WA and about 1 month ago i was playing on singapore with about 60ping no lag at all, it says my ping is 50-60 but when i actually get into the game it spikes to 180+ and is unplayable, im not sure why Singapore is my defualt server but its lower ping than Sydney servers.

Does anyone have any fixes for this?

I play from Perth too and the lag is horrible. I stopped playing the game once I moved from Canberra (3ms ping to Sydney server) to Perth (56ms ping and gets worse to 118ms to Sydney server)

Is it not worth having an Adelaide server that would make east coast and west coast play on the same terms? Perth server if there are enough players?
