Permanent Latency warning icon for everyone this afternoon in EU? [ Edited ]

Since some point after 12:00 GMT+1 (June 26th, 2019), in every game our entire squad is getting constant latency warning in the top right.

I'm guessing it's affecting everyone, as I've seen multiple opponents badly warping, moving super-slowly & a couple of times completely freezing mid-air.

This is on an EU server; not sure which, I'm in the UK, others I'm playing with are in Sweden & Germany.

Though there's nothing on Apex's Twitter, about server issues or outages?

It's probably because the matchmaking isn't putting anyone in the correct region. Supposedly a fix will arrive when season 2 drops
