I've done everything i can and found to eliminate the issue, but there seems to be no end to it.
Even tho the fps reaches as high as 300, stuttering is a big problem, especially when looking around.
System:
1080ti ( stock speed )
32gb ram ( 2666mhz )
i7-8700k ( stock speed )
win 10
Settings:
Removing all traces of windows "game mode" settings ( even in registry )
Only having the display driver ( not geforce experience ) ( All other Nvidia settings are set to max out every performance it can(Windows is set to performance in high power)
No G-sync, v-sync etc.
Turned mouse from 1000hz to 500hz polling rate ( at 800 dpi ) ( both wired and wireless )
from 4:3 - 16:10 ratio ( 1280x960, 1728x1080 etc, No difference )
I dont know what else, probably more that i cant think of right now.
But it's getting really annoying and unplayable
