Performance issues with RX 5700 XT

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing huge performance issue with BFV. I received my new GPU yesterday (AMD RX5700XT), this GPU, according to all benchmarks I have seen, should run the game at 100+ fps while on 1080p Ultra. Spoiler alert; this is not the case (AT ALL!) I'm running the game somewhere between 45-65 fps independently from the screen resolution (I tried low, medium, high and ultra, same result).

Here are my specs :

CPU - AMD RYZEN 7 2700X

GPU - AMD RX 5700 XT driver version 19.7.4

RAM - 16GB @ 2333mhz

OS - W10 Pro v. 1903 / OS build 18362.239

PSU - Raider 650w

It might be so that the new AMD cards have some factory driver issues that they need to addressed before it will operate as expected. To find this out maybe you could test some other games and compare the average results with your results? Also maybe some of these tips might help to some extent:

-Test a few different graphics driver versions

-Look for BIOS update for motherboard and or install automatic update app provided by hardware manufacturer

-Reset the BFV configuration to the default settings and make sure DXR is disabled

-Check if render resolution is the same as the screen resolution

-Run the game in fullscreen modus

-Disable all background (RGB) apps and virus scanners and sush

-Run the game from an SSD if possible

-Check CPU, Chipset and GPU temperatures
