Penalty system is broken

Just got my abandon penalty to 720 min because of an engine error.

This system needs to be changed i see too many people getting way too long penalties for problems like connection to server timed out.

In the start it used to say you didnt get penalty because it wasn't your fault but now i get penalty no matter what.

EA Banned me on Purpose, my game crashed due to **** DXGI ERROR CRASH **** I crashed 2 times today and 1 Ban was for 2 hours 

Second Ban came after i tired the so called Fix from this forum and EA Banned me for 320+ Hours can you believe that

I got dxgi error 1 min ago and when i logged in it says "its your last forgive" blabla.So the game crashes because of developers or nvidia whatever,we are getting penalty just lol.
