Payments team response time

Does anyone know how long does it take for the payments team to responde because I subscribed last week and it still doesn't show in-game and the support can't help or provide an estimate by when can they fix this issue. Which is to me is ridiculous that the amount is deducted from my account and I yet to receive the thing that I paid for. While the timer on how much day I have left is still going down.

Subscription doesn't show in game

So I bough a sub 2 days ago and it still doesn't show in-game while the timer on the 30 days is still running had a call with the support they said for paypal should take 24 hours but yesterday it still did not show. I'm not sure if I either should ask for a refund via PayPal or can actually someone competent look into this because the phone support guys were not up to speed and they were not allowed to fix my issue as per their process in the Indian Share Service.

Ok, your issue has 100% been escalated to the studio, the only feedback can offer at the moment is to hang tight they are definitely working on it.

Unfortunately for you what ever has occurred is not normal, when it is sorted they will re-credit any lost time on the subscription.

 

Sorry cant offer more in this instance.
