Hello, I purchased a 60 day subscription and it never updated me from preferred to subscriber. When I look at payment history it was open for two days then once I emailed it was closed. I checked my credit card and the charge is there on 6/15/2020 for 29.99.
I emailed again two days ago and still no resolution. My user name is BluidVxn and my toons name is Serena Vixen.
I would really like my subscription and for this problem to be resolved so that if I decide to keep playing after the 2 months I can get a month to month

ok the swtor username is actually BluidVixen
support is refunding the purchase you made earlier and said yoru account is ok now , if you repurchase now it will work as intended
best to use say incognito mode on chrome or another web browser just to be sure local browser cache doesnt interfere now the account is good.
