Payment pending

Hello, I've just bought 2150 apex coins. The oder manager shows that payment is still pending. I don't know what to do to fix the problem. Help much appreciated. Thx.

@EA_Atic I bought the champions pack on my pc but I like to play on my PS4 because I run more frames. The pack that I bought didn't go into my PS4 account what should I do?

Sorry to say, we don't have cross progressions so content on PC wont be transfer over to console. @ayoaspireschill
