Payment method

So i tried to delete my payment method wich is credit card and i can't delte it. When i click delete my save account nothing happens can someone tell me what's happening ?

if you are aware of the linked EA/origin account delete the payment method there and then try deleting from swtor

If your card is tied to an active subscription, you will need to log into your account on swtor.com and then cancel your subscription first and then see if you can delete your payment information.

My card is not connected to the subscription and that is the problem that I have no idea why I can't remove it.
