Paying for subscription

You'd think players wouldn't have to struggle to sub seeing how old this game is... anyway, you won't take international credit card payments from Brazil so I can't do a 30-day recurring plan. I'm left with using the annoying "boleto" option for the 60 day one-time payment nonsense. I still made the order but wasn't sent anything after clicking to print the thing. I can't click the invoice number or transaction details under my account's payment history to print it or access it at all. How am I supposed to pay for this?
