Pathfinder grapple stutter?

I have an issue I was hoping someone could clear up.

I sued to have stuttering issues in game. They have since cleared up and I have upgraded also and the rest of the game is usually smooth as butter for me.

When I use pathfinder's grapple it sort of stutters briefly or "shudders" mid grapple.

It's not particularly clear there but about 2 seconds m,id grapple it stutters. This happens every time.

Is this an animation maybe of the grapple detaching or some other issue relating to stuttering that hasn't been fully solved?

It's hard to see in that video but it does stutter half way through the grapple.

I found a fix in case youre still having the issue.
Go to control panel > hardware and sound > power options
Put it on high performance, then click change plan settings > change advance power settings > processor power management > maximum and minimum processor state and put it on 99%
Fixed it for me, and other games i had issues with.
