Pathfinder Twitch Prime Skin Gone

Issue with Pathfinder twitch prime skin.

I contacted twitch and amazon prime and they tried to solve the problem but it didn't work in the end.

They told me to contact the developer to fix my problem.

I will be grateful if you can solve the problem and give back the skin.

Since a long brake from season 1 of the game coming back now to season 2 I found that my Twitch skin for Pathfinder is missing!

 and no other post have a solution for it plss help!!
