Patch stuck

I reinstalled the whole game, did the bitraider thing and it's now doing this. It's just sticking here like this. I can't exit unless I do it through taskmaster and when I log back in it's still stuck. Nothing is moving. It just sits at 57% complete no matter what.

Turn your Antivirus off ? last time saw a stop at 57% it was the antivirus

It worked, kinda.... but now it got stuck at 80%

Check that both the antivirus and firewall has an exception for launcher.exe, then I would give everything computer etc a reboot including the modem / router and see if it sorts itself.

So I disabled the AV and the firewall has an exception. It was stuck at 23% for an hour just now. I restarted my machine, went back and it's repairing (it did that once before).

I am really at a loss here.

Did this sort itself out ?

Some systems get what is known as a repair loop with SSN, some can be put down to things like bad ram etc some to ram timing etc causing corruption, others no idea.

You can switch back to bitraider it can be more forgiving if this is the case and see if it is ok.
