Summarize your bug Pagani Gearbox has an issue that causes it to max out its RPM's after shifting into third gear, or gets stuck in second gear and will not shift out.
What car were you using? Pagani Huayra BC '17

What was the last event you played? Free-Roam
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using the 4.6l V8 Hybrid Engine, Ultimate Crankshaft, Ultimate ECU, Ultimate Cooling, Ultimate Exhaust, Ultimate Roots Supercharger, Elite 1x12lb Nitrous, Super Track Suspension, Elite Brakes, Elite Tires, Elite+ Clutch, Elite 7-Speed Gearbox, Super Track Differential. Driving the car until it reaches 3rd gear will cause the lock-up of RPMs
What happens when the bug occurs? Car will shift into 3rd gear and act like the car is redlining for 1-2 seconds before continuing to accelerate. Occasionally when going uphill in 2nd gear, the car will completely refuse to shift into 3rd until you get back to flat surface, or get it to shift down.
What do you expect to see? The car should not be redlining after the shift, and continue to accelerate normally.
My apologies for the low frame-rate in this video, but you can definitely hear, and kind of see the issue during the 3rd gear shift.
