Pagamento Star Wars The old Republic

Sera,
non riessco a pagare la sottoscrizione mensile sul mio account di Star Wars The Old Republic.(account diverso da questo EA)

Quando cerco di aggiungere nuova carta e premo avanti, mi segna come errore la data di scadenza;
Se cerco di aggiungere Paypal mi da come errore lo zip code(cosa impossibile)

Ovviamente ho controllato e ricontrollato i dati ma mi da sempre gli stessi errori. Come posso fare?

If I understood correctly, you're getting an Expiration Date error when you try and use your Bank Card on swtor.com, and if you try PayPal instead, you get a Zip Code error? As this is a billing issue, you'll need to give us a call so we can investigate.

We only have English, German, and French support, but as the payment methods are shared between your EA and SWTOR, you can try and contact Italian language support here: https://help.ea.com/it/contact-us/ (select Origin as the product)

They should be able to assist you in getting your card attached to your EA account. When it's attached, you should be able to use it on swtor.com
