unfortunately yes, ive tried many and all of them have packet loss, I'm really not sure what the issue is but i know for a fact it didnt happen before my account was hacked.

Have you tried updating Windows to use a different DNS to see if that makes any difference? You can manually set your DNS through your TCP/IP settings. For more details on how to get there check out the Microsoft support website. If you choose Manual you can enter a DNS of your choosing.
I usually go with the open Google DNS:
- Primary: 8.8.8.8
- Secondary: 8.8.4.4

I actually did that a few days ago but tried it again now and I'm still getting the same result, I may have to just give up on apex
