Packet loss in every match

Every time I try to play apex, I get a packet loss icon in the top right, my menu is fine and responsive, so is training grounds, but every game I load into I get packet loss and everyone is teleporting around. my ping feels fine but I dont know how to show it in game. I attatched the png of the route tracer as I read somewhere.

Same here.  Happens usually when there are other players (in dropship) near me.

Same problem, tried everything, nothing helped. EA has bad servers
