Packet loss and latency problems for several days now...

Hi, I have been experiencing severe packet loss and latency issues on apex for the past week. I can barely play the game. I called my ISP and they did a reboot and trouble shooting on my end. The service got better but the packet loss and latency issue is still there. Many players are having the same issue regarding this. Heck, even my friends are experiencing it. Can someone, anyone on EA help me on how to fix this. I've tried playing on other servers, still nothing.

I also tried the connection troubleshoot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/ and it's still there. I tried prioritizing my rig over wifi
