2 reset my switch and tried multiple ports on my switch.

3 plugged my wired pc directly to the modem .

Hi,

I am on the West Coast of the United States (California) and I am also having severe packet loss.  Pings directly to easo.ea.com (200+) show no packet loss.  I ran a tracert and the following info was returned.  Jump 7 ae-2-3602.ear3.Washington1.Level3.net [4.69.206.81] appears to be the issue?

Tracing route to easo.ea.com [159.153.64.173]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms Het [x.x.1.1]
2 13 ms 9 ms 10 ms 96.120.88.57
3 12 ms 9 ms 10 ms be-20005-rur02.sanjose.ca.sfba.comcast.net [96.110.102.117]

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
