Pack disappeared

So first I won the game in squad battle, but it classified as DNF. However, the system did recognize my Mesmerising Moments objective and gave me packs to redeem. But then when I click browse pack, all the packs disappeared in a sudden. Please help!

Finished an hour log chat with support as this happened to me as well... but for three of the 1x TOTSSF 90+ packs.

Long story short, doesn't matter if they can see you don't have the packs but can verify you completed the objectives... you won't get your pack. Looking around online this is a somewhat common bug and it seems support is rarely any help. I guess just be happy all you lost was a small prime gold players pack as it could be much worse.

I got 97 rated tots Mbappe but didn’t have points or coins, so went ahead to purchase the pack. After buying  fifa points, the pack disappeared. I mean what the hell!!

I am waiting for a response from EA, I need my money back.
