PVZ GW2 black screen on PC

a serious problem occurs on my PC that makes me cannot play the game.

my game gets stuttering on the sound and in game origin toolbar and black on graphic, but on my taskbar you can see the preview window of gw2 it runs in 60fps if you hover your mouse on that icon. I updated all drivers to latest version and also the DX and MS VC as well. here is my dxdiag and I hope this problem can be solved otherwise I just wasted 90 bucks on this unplayable game.

@jacky790206 Hey, can you play for any time before this happens? If so I'd try monitoring your hardware temperatures in case something's overheating. 

If this isn't a factor I'd try a Clean Boot, and try a fresh reinstall of your graphics drivers. These steps should help check for a bunch of potential issues.

can you tell me why I get black screen on this game PVZ GW2 my pc has the power to play this game no problem . my specs CPU i7 2600 3.40GHz. GPU GTX 980 . RAM 16 GB
