PVZ:BFN not allowing me to login

anyone having trouble logging in PVZ: Battle for Neighborville, keeps saying I need an EA account, I already do

This is the help section for Battlefield IV, not PVZ.
You may want to try logging out on origin then logging back into origin before launching the game to fix your error though.
