Hey @4pt2 looking at your DxDiag and both your CPU and GPU are well below the recommended requirements to run the game. Your GPU does meet the minimum requirements to run the game but your CPU does not. That your CPU does not meet the minimum requirements to run the game means that you will run into issues such as those you are seeing.
