This helped me a lot i had double accounts/an inactive psn to EA account.
1. identify what email you first used with psn linked to EA
2. sign in on a different device
3. click forgot password
4. type first used psn email
5. login to first used psn email
6. find the email from EA click link and create new password
7. login
8. you should now be able to use psn account for EA games.
note: don't ask how to un-link it EA cant help worth crap and they will waste a good 20 mins of your time.
if you don't have access to your first psn email that is link to ea. good luck with customer service.
