Hey all, I have a PS4 and PS4 Pro. My account is PS+. If we try playing online multiplayer split screen on his PS4 where his account is tagged as the main profile for the machine (he does not have PS+), there's no issue and can join any games.
When we swap to my PS4 Pro where my profile is tagged as the main profile for the machine, that's where we have an error of his account not having sufficient rights and needing a PS+ account. We can load the game as split screen in the main starting area, but when trying to go to the multiplayer portal and join a game, that's when we get the error. Any ideas as to how to fix this?
