PS4 stutter lag

I'm going to open my own thread about this. I'm not sure if this is on my end or not but EVERY match lags!! Like every one. Unless I'm playing single player I'm getting lag. The people around me stutter as well as starships. I would think this is my own internet connection if it wasn't for the fact I've NEVER had the issue with a multiplayer game before. Destiny battlefield one and countless other games work just fine.

So is this an issue and are they aware of it?
