PS4 crashing on inital start of BF5 after 1.14 patch

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? All of them, its a startup bug!
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen? N/A
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) All the time since the 1.14 patch
Summarize your bug The game crashes on start up. After the initial splash screen it goes a black screen with the logo spinning then crashes. DId not happen before the 1.14 patch. Also BF1, BF4 and BF2 all work not a problem. Also any other game I can start and play. I have reloaded the game. Removed unused games and remove the local save data. Powered down the PS4. Still a problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the game with the patch.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes with a 34878 error. Which I then send in a report off.
What should be happening instead? The game should run!

Sorry to hear about this.

 

Have you tried restoring the game licenses and doing a hard reset on your Console?

 

Go to [Settings] > [Account Management], and select [Restore Licenses]. Click [OK] when done.
