PS4 champions edition UT items not been granted

Hi preordered the game for the early access and the 5 freee packs, free fighter 2 moves and 500 points and none of it has been assigned to my account

I got all the stuff but I didn't get the 2 packs up ur supposed to get every week and on a Facebook page for the game everyone is telling me they got them, I contacted PlayStation and they did a few things and nothing worked so they told me to contact EA
