[PS4] Twitch drops problem

Hello there! I have a problem with my twitch drop - I got the drop yesterday and activated it (I think I activated it because the drop has the status "claimed now"), but I didn't receive the drop in game. I playing on PS4. How I can get my drop?

Click on your product APEX Legends

Then select 'PS4

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
