(PS4) - Garden Warfare 2: Frozen upgrade missing [ Edited ]

I just bought Crazy Dave's Frozen Upgrade, but it doesn't give me the option to access the upgrade in the Sticker Shop. If I try to buy it again, it says I already have it. Whenever I go to the home screen, a little loading icon appears below the game icon, but nothing ever loads. The loading icon only appears when the game is open in the background. I tried restarting both the game and the PS4 itself. Nothing happens.

I bought both upgrade on my grandson name jj30107 and both on mine bth654 he got both of his I got the zomboss one but not the Dave, and when I access it on my mail it says try this upgrade but when I try to get it, it says already own but u never got it and wanted the garlic cactus drone

Yeah I spent 40 dollars and only got 30 worth and no way to get it back

I have reported this to EA and told them that others have replicated the bug - hopefully they will fix

I purchased crazy dave's frozen upgrade but didn't get it. It's on my services list but the content never appeared in the sticker shop for a few days now.

I also have this problem on ps4 got both upgrades but nothing in the sticker shop. I am wondering if there is some sort of conflict/mix up with these so called frozen and frozen deluxe editions of the game currently on the psn store ( tho far as I can tell both of those unlock different things from the upgrades)
