PS4 Game crashes when going to Bogano

I have the same issue going back to Zeffo, game crashes when coming out of hyperspace. All other planets loads fine.

@EA_Cade I am having what sounds like the same issue only for me it's when I try to travel to Kashyyyk. This started before the patch and since the patch there has been no change. I have posted both in the technical and bug report forums and have yet to find a solution.
