Hi,

im using a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note10+ and I cannot play the game....

it saysthat the game will be in low resolution or something like that...

Cant be real :D ? 

I played it on an Iphone 6 before with no prob.

Please Help me :D

The Note10+ is brand new and should not have the performance warning at all =).

We have flagged this with the team now.

Same problem here (on a Samsung Note 10+). Didn't have problems with my old motorola z force phone. Please do something (and post here when you have resolved it). Thank you.

My Samsung Note 10 Plus is having very poor graphic issue while my old iPhone XS did not

Yup my note 10+ has the same issue. Sometimes graphic is in low resolution or even broken

Hey @Karantula73 I don't have a time frame for this at the moment but it will require a client update most likely, again, I don't know when that will be.

I have also got the same problem. I have a note 10 plus and it won't let me play. The resolution is awful and it crashes.  It warns me that the game may be unstable but how when it is the latest handset out ?
