Since launch the optimization of this game on PC is mediocre at best. After the new update 1.4 Ghost removed a few things from the game in order for it to run better however this did nothing to entirety of the map or fix other issue like Frame rate loss, Stuttering or even Low res Textures popping during gameplay.

Here is a quick video example of the frame rate today on 1360x768 resolution x150 upscale. High vs Low settings. On Ultra is just a circus of issues.

NOTE: frame rate drops happen ALL OVER THE MAP (day and night) even when cruising inside the city and out, not only during races.

A part from Frame Rate loss, textures pooping and rendering distance is still atrocious. Textures also fail to load properly when going outside the garage and when loading in to it. Most noticeable on the clothes of the avatar or when spawning outside even with the game on SSD:

This is STILL a problem too:

Here's a small example of bad draw distance. NOT ONLY it's more noticeable with vegetation during day time, larger objects also fail to load during night and/or during the day too

Here's a quick video on how awful the Draw Distance still is:

Seriously angry about these issues still being a problem to many players and nothing is being done. Many people continue complaining for the entity of the week on forums. Zero changes. For the last time, fix your game, Ghost!!!
