Hi, we moved your post out from the other thread as this is an unrelated issue. 

DId your issue start with the patch? If so, you may just need a system restart, or you may need to re-whitelist Origin and the game within your security software. 

If you've been having intermittent connectivity issues but now are completely disconnected, you can start with a router restart, and try some of the steps on this page, like changing DNS.
