So I somehow managed to finally play the campaign. I just activated DX12 and turned v-sync on (and left everything how I usually had). Now the game lags a bit more (FPS around 40-60) but its playable. And it looks even better now. After I am through with the campaign I will disable DX12 though. Would be impossible to play in multiplayer. And now my PC is a lot quieter. CPU, RAM and GPU arent on 100% anymore.

well i got crash today in every MP game on me pc (GTX 1080 ti , 32 GB ram , ryzen 7 1700x) i was playing for meybe 5 min poof game gone and i am in desktop

soo i tried verifi files and i got 1 GB download and that fix it GJ EA problems in new downloaded game

after update the game not crashing anymore

CPU running to 100% and game crashing fix. Installed the latest motherboard drivers and reflashed the BIOS. Installed Windows 10 and the game runs perfect

I had the crashing issue as well. In my case, I had low virtual memory. SWBF2 was a nice paperweight until I figured that out (took me about 10 hours)

Turning off DX12 in the BootOptions config file has done the trick for me.

I get the occasional pause now but it then continues, I've gone from multiple crashes from anywhere between 5 mins to 1/2 hour to being able to have a 3 hour session with no crashes.

I have 8 GB of RAM and I use MSI Afterburner to see my fps, RAM usage, CPU usage, etc.

~7GB of RAM "has gone" (sry my english is bad) of the 8. I guess I need +8 GB of RAM or less.   https://prnt.sc/pv23uf
